Kidney donor needed for 12-year-old boy
It is very sad when your child needs your help, and you are unable to give them what they need. But you know in this world someone else could be his lifesaver. We are looking for that someone else, who can give our son a normal, healthy life, which he deserves.
We are the proud parents of Justin Butterfield, a 12-year-old sixth-grade student at Still Middle School in Aurora. Just to tell you a little bit about Justin, academically he is on High Honors and has straight A's; he is a Red Belt in the martial arts and has won a number of sparring and form championships; and he has played on the Major League Baseball Championship team for Wheatland. But since he was born, Justin has been dealing with a kidney disorder. The function of his kidneys has been deteriorating. We have now been told that Justin will need a kidney transplant in the very near future.
The reason why we are explaining this is because we are seeking a kidney donor. A kidney donor will prevent Justin from getting very ill and needing to have kidney dialysis three times a week. A new kidney would give him a normal and healthy life, with God's help. I am very sad to say that my wife and I are unable to donate our kidneys to our son due to medical issues and not having matching blood types.
If you feel that you would like to be considered as a donor and would want to be a major part of Justin's life, please contact Terry and Susan at 630-585-6997 or 630-229-5630.
This young man will make you very proud; he just needs to get through this critical time in his life.
