Buying back the 25 acres was part of the 05 Settlement agreement.....maybe they may wish to dust off their copy of it. Well, I don't think that counts anymore. I believe both Brach and Brodie said to the court they didn't want it anymore. I could be wrong, after all they have spent so much time trying to get MORE MONEY from the district, it has been a little hard to keep up with. Maybe Brodie forgot as well . . .

I thought the deal was BB had 1st option for the original sale price if 204 didn't want the 25 acres, not that they had to buy it back. I can't imagine BB putting themselves in that position to be stuck with it.
As far as them not wanting it back, that is a no brainer, after 204 tried to stick it to them with eminent domain and quick take, I am sure it would be a cold day in hell before BB did 204 any favors for this group..
ETA fixing my goof.... I hit modify instaed of quote....sorry rj

That is correct. BB had the 1st shot at taking back the 25 acres, but if they did not want it......the SD could do whatever they want with it. You are correct rj. BB did have 1st shot. I just thought they had already said they were not interested. Not sure though.

From my non-real estate agent perspective, it seems like it might be advantageous to BB to take the property back. There aren't any other huge tracts of land on prime corners anymore, so having the most acreage possible would seem to be to their benefit, wouldn't it?
