I would like to have seen Dr. D. finesse the situation from the start. Meet with the parents, hear their concerns and the action they'd like to take and even include the attorney in the meeting so the parents could understand what the SD's legal limitations were. Had he taken these steps, it would have saved both him and most of the SB from looking like horses' asses.

This really concerns me for any legal matter we may deal with, either now or down the road. To bring them in on this in February is shameful. d203 brought in their attorney from day one.
