I admit to confusion. Is this the last of the 3 lawsuits against the district or is this in addition to those 3?

I believe the last of 3
1 - (not really a lawsuit) but a motion for payment of Legal fees 2- NFUD 3 - B Lawsuit

I believe the last of 3 1 - (not really a lawsuit) but a motion for payment of Legal fees 2- NFUD 3 - B Lawsuit is the entire property in join ownership, or does B1 own 1/2 and B2 own the other 1/2?

IIRC it's joint ownership

IIRC it's joint ownership So does anyone have any idea how joint ownership works? Do the lawyers for both sides need to agree to everything, from price to other legal adventures? We heard at one point that one lawyer might have been willing to negociate, but the other wasn't - so does it take both of them to tango?

One would think so.....but at this juncture...anything is possible.

Could this be the one willing to negotiate trying to slow things down and bring everyone back to the negotiating table?
ETA: Oh, I'm wrong. I guess Brodie is the one that didn't want to sell.
I just think their potential income for doing nothing has dwindled so they are looking to us to give them more money. The more lawsuits filed, the more chances of winning. Or maybe someone is mad about PREIT and just wants something on the land given the market. Isn't most of the land zoned multi-family? Don't see builders lining up to pay $561k/acre for townhomes.
It's too bad these guys are so arrogant. If they really wanted to negotiate, one of them could call Tim Waldorf and it would be in the paper in an instant. Would make them look much better than taking the current method of choice which is a lawsuit. Oh, but then a call to Tim wouldn't make them any money would it?

I think you are right....I think it was the Brodie side that was the less agreeable of the 2 B's
That being said....Does anyone know the position of the Brach side?

Kind of funny. There's division in the school district and division in the BB world. No wonder nothing is getting accomplished!

BTW Brodie also only wanted to leave their unredacted financials for in-camera review and not provide copies. Kilander Denied that motion...they have to provide copies to all, but they did get them to remain sealed
