Gatordog,
Great article, that really shows the impact that limited finances can present. Our family as been able to take to heart the multitude of opportunities available via the 204 school program. We found it much more advantageous to pay for drivers ed and instead take an additional class. All of my children to date have been able to take advantage of high school coursework that doubled for college credit. A substantial savings when considering the high cost of college tuition.

I am sick of hearing school officials complain about a low inflation rate contributing to the "perfect storm."
A low inflation rate is a GOOD thing!!!
