The board also guaranteed next year's freshman class will not see a tuition increase through spring 2011. Tuition increases at four-year public institutions across the country averaged 6.6 percent in 2007 and 6.3 percent at private four-year schools, officials said. Benedictine tuition for the 2008-2009 academic year is $10,800 per semester or $21,600 per school year.
