WVHS Fall Mainstage Production – Waubonsie Valley High School is proud to announce this year's fall mainstage production, Arthur Miller's THE CRUCIBLE. This critically acclaimed play is based on events in 1692 which would ultimately lead to the Salem Witch Trials. Arthur Miller originally wrote this play to highlight a dark time in our history, the McCarthy era, when innocent men and women were accused of being Communists. Join us and follow the scandal, the tension, and the suspense this show presents.
Performances of THE CRUCIBLE are Oct. 30, 31, and Nov. 1 at 7:30 P.M. There is also a matinee on Nov. 2 at 2:00 P.M. Admission prices are $6 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens. Tickets will go on sale Oct. 22 during lunch periods and will also be available at the box office prior to each show.
