Give me a break. I just read through her post twice to make sure I wasn't missing anything. She didn't mention TG!!! All she did was report what she witnessed at the meeting, and I thank her for reporting the details. Concerned, I was at the meeting and sat with a couple of friends from TG in the second row on the left side by the door. The large group on the far left side was 100% TG from what my compainions said and what I was hearing from them before the meeting started. They were very unified. The pro Eola people were in a block in front of us; most wearing white. When Dash announced that they were going ahead with Eola, a group of about 8 or 10 stormed out in front of me and on individual shouted, "How do you sleep at night?" The TG group conducted themselves well and were very tolerent of other opinions but that one group brought back memories of two years ago when a small group of about 10 residents of TG stormed out of a boundry meeting yelling "This is not over!" when they were assinged to Metea hence marking the beginning of TGs opposition. And the point is? I am tuning in late because of very busy schedule.

Apology accepted. I too find that behavior acceptable, but I understand it. It is an emotional issue and it involves kids. And let's not forget our wallets. Yes, our wallets. A delay in getting land or starting construction could cost quite a bit of money and most likely cost us the chance of having this school in time to help the students who are here now and need space.

You have go to be kidding me with this comment. But we are all entitled to our opinions. I will send you my bill since you seem not to care. $$$$$

I care very deeply about both resolving overcrowding and about having a fiscally responsible and timely solution.

Let's see how this shakes out on our pockets.

Would you care to give us your 2 cents on the matter? Also, has it ever occured to you that BB filed the complaints knowing full well that they had little or no chance of being awarded damages? Their angle could have been that just the mere fact the suit was filed and the amount of damages being claimed would send the voters into a tizzy to put the pressure on the District to buy the land, or else?

I would also add to rural's point that the BB attorneys have nothing at all to gain by filing as many claims as they can drum up . . . except billable hours. No motivation there whatsoever.
